How tickets work

The public site is the front door. Tickets, orders, promo codes, and the people who hold them live here in the attendee portal — with a 12-minute checkout hold so the price you were quoted stays put while you pay.

Who sees what

Organisers only see the events they manage. Attendees get mail, invoices, and an account that still works when they are not on staff.
